Structure
Pacific Crest is governed by nine working partners, each with unlimited personal liability for the obligations of the firm. There are no external shareholders, no holding company, and no equity granted to passive investors.
Every partner is reachable directly. Each leads a discipline — from investments to credit to compliance — and rotates through the Partnership Board chairmanship on a three-year cycle.
